• Are they being investigated or pillioried in the press for poor practices in any of these areas?  
• Do they support sustainability at every level in the organisation?
• Do they involve customers, employers and stakeholders in their CSR policies and practices?
• Do they have good practice as well as policies on waste reduction?
• Are they just on the green bandwagon or do they really put their money where their PR mouth is?
