BNI claims to be the largest business networking organization in the world.  It offers members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, business referrals. Networks are organised in small groups with only one representative from a particulasr area. Membership costs several hundred pounds a year although they are very intent on ensuring that referred business makes this a worthwhile payback. Fine if you can afford the time to make the weekly breakfast meetings.
